Features in 1.7 missing from 2.0

Due to Twitter's OAuth countdown and the fact that DestroyTwitter 2.0 is a complete rewrite from scratch, a number of features from 1.7 were unable to make it into the initial release. The two major features not included are themes and groups (will be Lists). Because of its extremely wide usage, themes will certainly be in 2.1. As for the others, they will be part of further updates released in the coming months. I don't have a strict timeline for each update—just know these features are not permanently removed.
