internationalization support

in 1.x version, there was an internationalization support function which enabled foreign language support, but in 2.x version there's not this support, and that's why the czech language doesn't work there... would it be possible to make something with this?

    I myself read plenty of Czech and Slovak tweets and there's no problem with them; just go to Preferences, then change "Font" from "default" to "system".
