Error pop-up when launching DT

Different from the standard drop-down runtime error message, I get a separate pop-up window now. I have attached an image of the error message. I don't know if it's an issue on Adobe Air side or on DT side. Maybe a reinstallation will fix the issue?

    That means it's having trouble loading the spellcheck dictionary. Did you by
    any chance move it or rename it?
